Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Wheelfire Pizza Co. These terms set out the agreement between you (the client) and us when you book our mobile pizza van catering for your events. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to follow these simple and clear terms.

Our core service is providing fresh, wood-fired pizzas cooked on-site from our specialized mobile pizza van. We take pride in delivering top-quality street food straight to your guests.

2. Bookings and Payments

To secure our mobile pizza van for your event, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The specific deposit amount will be detailed in your individual quote.

• Your date is only held once the deposit is paid in full.
• The final balance is due no later than fourteen days before the event date.
• We accept payment via bank transfer or major credit cards.

If the final payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

3. Mobile Van Site Requirements

Because our service is entirely mobile, we require adequate and safe space to park and operate the pizza van at your chosen venue.

• Space: The client must ensure there is a level, firm parking space large enough to accommodate the van safely.
• Access: Clear drive-on access without low-hanging branches or tight, obstructed turns is required.
• Facilities: We require access to a standard power supply to run our equipment safely. If power is not available, please let us know in advance so we can discuss generator options.

4. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event catering, please notify us as soon as possible in writing.

Cancellations made more than thirty days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit only. Cancellations made within thirty days of the event will require payment of 50% of the total estimated balance, as we will have already turned away other bookings and ordered fresh ingredients.

5. Liability and Safety

Wheelfire Pizza Co. maintains strict hygiene and safety standards. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather or major traffic incidents while traveling to your venue.

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. We ask that guests follow basic safety directions when approaching the hot oven and service area of the van.
